Terms of Use

1. The service

HANA (the “app”) is a private photo collaboration tool in which two invited people each shoot half of a photo to complete one image. The app is free and shows no ads.

2. Prohibited content and behavior (zero tolerance)

HANA has zero tolerance for objectionable or illegal content and abusive users. You must not shoot, upload, or share:

• Pornography, sexual content, or content that sexualizes minors
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, hate, or discrimination
• Harassment, threats, stalking, or other behavior that harms others
• Photos taken or shared without the person's consent, or other people's personal information
• Content that infringes others' rights, such as copyright or likeness, or any illegal activity

3. Reports and enforcement

You can report from the ⋯ menu on a room or HANA screen, or email thevislstudio@gmail.com. The operator reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that violates these terms, and restricts or terminates the offending user's account and access. Tapping Block and Leave removes you from rooms with that person, and you won't join them again.

4. Content rights and responsibility

You own the photos you take. The operator processes content only as needed to provide the service (storing, combining, and showing it to members of the same room) and to review reports. You are responsible for the content you post and must get consent from the people you photograph.

5. Account and data

HANA uses an anonymous account without login. The account can't be restored if you delete the app or change devices, so please save important photos to your photo library. You can delete your account at any time in Me → Delete Account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and limitation of liability

The operator may change or discontinue features to improve the service and will give advance notice of important changes in the app or on this page. Unless caused by intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages from network failures, device problems, or disputes between users. These terms apply together with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA); if they conflict, whichever is more favorable to you applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
